The holiday village is situated in cool woodland amid a picturesque scenery and rich green vegetation. It consists of 35 detached villas with veranda each, two single rooms with air-conditioning, TV and mini-bar. In the resort complex, there is an open-air childrens' spot, a restaurant and a shopping centre. It is situated 300 meters from the sea.
